The Department of Medicine (DOM) IT Services group provides support services from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except on UCSF holidays.

To request service please contact the DOM Helpdesk at 415-476-6827, or email helpdesk@medicine.ucsf.edu. Registered users can also open and track support requests using our Online Helpdesk (OLHD).

All users and systems supported by the DOM IT Services group must comply with all UCSF security and acceptible-use policies. Please refer to our Guide to Information Security for more information.
